以自由基聚合方法合成了新型衣康酸三元共聚阻垢剂,通过红外光谱法、热重分析、X 射线衍射对共聚物进行了表征,并用静态阻垢法评价共聚物的阻垢性能。结果表明,聚合物的红外光谱图未出现双键烯烃吸收峰,而在3435,1707 cm -1处有较强的吸收峰,说明反应单体发生了共聚反应,且聚合物含有大量羧基、羟基、氨基等官能团;在100℃内聚合物失重率很小,作为阻垢剂热稳定性很好;聚合物2θ为19°处有最大吸收峰,且吸收峰较强,说明聚合物为晶态高聚物。当引发剂用量为9%,引发温度为40℃时,产品的阻垢性能最好,可达到85%~90%。%The terpolymer scale inhibitor was synthesized by radical polymerization,the product was char-acterized by FTIR,TG and XRD. Then the static scale inhibition method was used to evaluate the perform-ance of the scale inhibitor. The results showed that the CC adsorption peak disappeared in the spec-tra,while there were much stronger peak at 3 435,1707 cm - 1 ,which attributed to -OH,-COOH and-NH2 . So the monomers copolymerized under a certain conditions. The polymer in the temperature range has good stability,and still has good scale inhibition performance at high temperature. There was a more strong adsorption peak when 2θ = 19°,indicating that the polymer is crystalline polymer. The polymer is an environmental friendly and efficient inhibitor,and the production cost is low,so it must has good appli-cation prospects. The optimal antiscale ratio was 85% ~ 90% ,when the product was synthesized by 9% of initiator at 40 ℃.
