新疆野生樱桃李及栽培品种果肉中总酚含量测定及抗氧化活性研究

         

摘要

To explore the differences between the content of total phenol and the activity of antioxidant in the three varieties of flesh of Prunus cerasifera and its cultivars. The regression equation which used gallic acid as comparison has been established for the determination of the total phenol in Prunus cerasifera. Using FRAP method and DPPH method to determinate the antioxidant activity of the total phenol. The re-sults showed that the average content of total phenol and its antioxidant activity in each varieties of Prunus cerasifera was positively correlation. And the cultivars were better than the other varieties.%为了比较红色、紫色、黄色3个野生樱桃李品种与栽培品种樱桃李果肉中总酚的含量及其抗氧化活性的差异,建立了以没食子酸为对照品测定樱桃李总酚含量的方法,并采用FRAP法与DPPH法测定总酚的抗氧化能力。结果表明,樱桃李各品种的平均总酚含量与其抗氧化活性并非正向相关,栽培品种更有优越性。
