正硅酸四乙酯用量对丙烯酸酯水性分散体和相应水性漆性能的影响

摘要

以正硅酸四乙酯为辅助原料，采用无皂自由基聚合方法制备了高性能的丙烯酸树脂水性分散体。在其他组分和反应条件不变的情况下，考察了正硅酸四乙酯的使用量对丙烯酸酯水性分散体和相应的水性漆的性能影响规律。结果表明，正硅酸四乙酯加入量为40 g时，所得到丙烯酸树脂水性分散体和相应水性漆在抗冲击性能、硬度、附着力和耐水性方面的综合性能最好。%TetraethyIorthosiIicate was empIoyed as a auxiIiary raw materiaI to prepare high-performance acryIic resin aqueous dispersion using soap-free radicaI poIymerization process. Without changing other in-gredients and reaction conditions,the infIuence Iaw of the amount of tetraethyIorthosiIicate on the perform-ance of acryIate aqueous dispersion and the corresponding water-based paint was investigated. The resuIts showed that when tetraethyIorthosiIicate amount of 40 g,the overaII performance of the resuIting aqueous dispersion of an acryIic resin and the corresponding water-based paint was the best in the respect of resist-ance,hardness,adhesion and water resistance.
