氢氧化镁乳液的制备及其在脱硫中的应用

     

摘要

探究了氢氧化镁乳液的制备工艺,并采用鼓泡式反应装置对氢氧化镁脱硫反应特性进行了研究.结果表明,氢氧化镁的粒径中值随反应物浓度的增大而增大,粒径中值460~490 nm、浓度0.7 g/L的氢氧化镁脱硫效果较佳;氢氧化镁脱硫效率随着其浓度的增大、鼓泡深度的提高而显著增大,随着SO2浓度及烟气流量的增高,脱硫效率降低,而且在SO2浓度为2 500 mg/m3、吸收液温度低于50 ℃时,脱硫效率达到95%以上;SO2在氢氧化镁颗粒表面的接触、反应过程分为快速区、过渡区和稳定区三个阶段.%The preparation technology of magnesium hydroxide emulsion was explored,and the desulfurization reaction characteristics of magnesium hydroxide were studied using bubble type reaction device.The results showed that an increase in the total concentration of the reactants increased particle diameter median of magnesium hydroxide,and the desulfurization efficiency of magnesium hydroxide emulsion was better when particle diameter median was 460~490 nm and the concentration of magnesium hydroxide emulsion was 0.7 g/L.The desulfurization efficiency of magnesium hydroxide emulsion obviously increased with the increase of magnesium hydroxide content or bubbling depth,while decreased with the increase of SO2 concentration or the fume volume,and the desulfurization efficiency of magnesium hydroxide emulsion could reach up to more than 95% when the concentration of SO2 was 2 500 mg/m3 and the temperature of the absorption liquid was lower than 50 ℃.The touch and reaction of SO2 on the particle surface of magnesium hydroxide could be divided into three stages:fast region,transition region and stability region.
