用乙醇提取秦岭山核桃壳中天然棕色素.在单因素实验的基础上,采取正交法对各因素的相互作用进行实验.结果表明,秦岭山核桃壳中天然棕色素的提取最佳条件是:乙醇体积分数50%,提取时间6h,提取温度90 ℃,液料比为6∶1 mL/g.%Using ethanol to extracted the natural brown pigment from walnut shell in Qinling mountains.Based on single factor experiment,the orthogonal design of four factors and three levels were used toelect the optimum extraction method.From the above investigation and analysis,the optimal extraction condition is obtained as alcohol concentration of 50%,liquid-solid ratio of 6∶1 mL/g,extraction time of 6 h,and extraction temperature of 90 ℃.
