活性炭改性及对废水中苯酚的吸附研究

         

摘要

采用醋酸和高温热处理改性活性炭,用于吸附废水中的苯酚,探究pH、温度、苯酚浓度、时间对吸附性能的影响.结果表明,吸附苯酚溶液的优化条件为:吸附剂为经65%醋酸改性后700℃煅烧的改性活性炭,其用量为0.5mg/L,苯酚浓度100mg/L,pH=3,吸附温度40℃,时间80min.在此条件下,苯酚的吸附量达112.36mg/g.在25℃下,静态和动态实验表明,活性炭对苯酚的吸附更满足Freundlich吸附模型和准二级动力学方程.%The activated carbon has been modified by acetic acid and heart treatment and then used to ad-sorb phenol in the water.The adsorption performance of pH,temperature,the concentration of phenol and the adsorption time have been investigated.The results show that the optimized condition to adsorb phenol is when the activated carbon was modified by 65%acetic acid and then burned under 700℃.Adding the modified carbon of 0.5 mg/L into the phenol solution of 100 mg/L for 80 min,under the pH of 3 and the temperature of 40 ℃,the adsorbing capacity can get to 112.36 mg/g.The adsorption of activated carbon was greatly fit to Freundlich absorbed model and pseudo-second order kinetics equation under 25 ℃.
