IMA架构航电系统多级故障管理的设计与实现

     

摘要

Fault management technique is a method of avoid component/system failure of some or all,an important technology of protecting avionics systems and even aircraft safety and maintenance.For integrated modular avionics(IMA) system architecture showing the features of fault-intensive,multi-class,mutual influence and spread,a multilevel fault management mechanism was discussed.By fault detection measures,health monitoring mechanism,fault filtering methods and fault handling tools,with the reference of IMA system's oriented domain hierarchical classification method,an avionics system multilevel fault management mechanism with module level,integrated regional level and aircraft level was realized,which makes avionics system failure can be automatically collect,filter,grade distribution and take over,failure spread was prevented and the aircraft safety was increased.Test and verification show the design meets the requirements,it has been applied in an aircraft.%飞行器故障管理技术是避免其部件/系统部分或全部失效的技术和方法,是保护飞行器安全性、维护性的重要技术之一.面对综合化模块化航空电子(IMA)系统架构显现出的故障密集、多类、相互影响和蔓延等特点,讨论了一种多级故障管理机制,通过故障检测、健康监控、故障滤波和故障处理等方法,针对IMA航电系统的面向域的层次化划分方式,实现了航电系统模块级、集成区域级和飞机级的多级故障管理机制,使得航电系统故障能够自动收集、过滤、分级派发、接管等,制止了故障蔓延,提高了飞机的安全性.试验验证表明满足设计需求,并已在某型飞机上得到应用.
