腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟恶性黑色素瘤术后缺损的临床研究

摘要

Objective To analyze the clinical effects of sural neurovascular flap in the repairment of heel soft tissue defects after the expanded resection of malignant melanoma on heel. Methods From June 2007 to June 2012, 32 patients diagnosed with heel malignant melanoma were selected. According to anatomic characteristics of the sural nerve nutritional vessels, the proper sural neurovascular flaps were transfered to repair the heel soft tissue defects after expanded resection . The survival rate and progno-sis were observed. Results All the flaps survived. Follow-up ranged 5 to 30 months with good texture and appearance. And the patients could walk freely. Conclusion It is a simple and effective method to repair the soft tissue defects with sural neurovascular flap after the expanded resection of malignant melanoma on heel, andd has been proved easy and its clinical effect is obviously sat-isfying.%　　目的观察腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟部恶性黑色素瘤扩大切除术后缺损的临床效果。方法选取2007年6月~2012年6月我院收治的临床确诊足跟部恶性黑色素瘤患者32例，行足跟部病灶扩大切除术后，依据腓肠神经营养血管解剖学特点，选择合适的腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣转移修复足跟部缺损，观察其存活率及预后情况。结果所有病例皮瓣均存活，随访5～30个月，皮瓣预后良好，足部外形令人满意，对行走无明显影响。结论应用腓肠神经营养血管皮瓣修复足跟部恶性黑色素瘤扩大术后缺损简单、有效，临床效果令人满意。
