肾脏髓外造血组织瘤样增生1例报告并文献复习

摘要

Aim To investigate the clinical,pathological feature and imaging findings of extramedullary hematopoiesis(EMH) in the kidrnney,and to improve the level of its diagnosis and treatment. Method The clinical data of a case with renal EMH and some related literarnture were reviewed . Results The case was correctly diagnosed and underwent operation,and resumed smoothly after operation. Conclurnsion Renal EMH is a rarely special tumor-like hyperplasia,which can be diagnosed by integrated analysis of the clinical,laboratory data rnand imaging findings. Its prognosis is good.%目的 探讨肾脏髓外造血组织瘤样增生的临床、病理及影像学特点,提高诊治水平.方法 回顾性分析1例肾脏髓外造血组织瘤样增生患者的临床资料,并结合相关文献进行复习.结果 患者诊断正确,行手术治疗,恢复良好.结论 肾脏髓外造血组织瘤样增生是罕见的特殊良性病变,综合分析其临床、实验室及影像学资料,可以正确诊断,预后良好.
