HPLC法测定愈美甲麻敏糖浆中四组分的含量

     

摘要

Aim To establish a method for determination of four components of compound Yumei Jiamamin syrup. Method C18 colurmn (4. 6 mm × 250 mm,5 μm) was used , with 1% triethylamine solution-1. 1% phosphoric acid solution-acetonitrile (30 ∶ 30 ∶ 40) as mobile phase . The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -l ,and wavelength at detector was 220 nm. The column temperature was 35℃ . Results Satisfactory linearity of four constituents were obtained with average recoveries ( n = 9) as follows : dextromethorphan hydrobromide 100. 1% ( RSD = 0. 6) , guaifenesin 99. 7% ( RSD = 0. 5 % ) , methylephedrine hydrochloride 99. 9% ( RSD = 0. 9% ) and chlorphenamine maleate 99. 9% ( RSD = 0. 8% ) . Conclusion The method is simple and accurate.%目的 建立HPLC法测定愈美甲麻敏糖浆四组分的含量.方法 采用C18柱(4.6 mm×250 mm,5 μm),以1%三乙胺溶液-1.1%磷酸溶液-乙腈(30:30:40)为流动相,流速1.0 ml·min-1,检测波长为220 nm,柱温35℃.结果 四种成分的线性关系良好,平均回收率(n=9)分别为氢溴酸右美沙芬100.1%(RSD=0.6%)、愈创甘油醚99.7%(RSD=0.5%)、盐酸甲麻黄碱99.9%(RSD=0.9%)和马来酸氯苯那敏99.9%(RSD=0.8%).结论 该法简便、快速、准确.
