骨代谢生化指标在骨质疏松症中的应用

摘要

Fast growing inhalation market has led to rapid advances in the research of pulmonary controlled delivery systems and, as a consequence,the feasibility of using inhalable liposomes, microparticles and nanoparticles as carriers for controlling drug release rate and release site has drawn much attention. An earlier paper published in 1995 reviewed the progresses in the research of pulmonary controlled delivery systems,the present review is an extended update of the previous one with also a view to discuss the applicability of pulmonary controlled delivery systems to traditional Chinese medicine.%@@ 随着我国人口老龄化的加速,生活方式的改变及代谢性疾病的影响,骨质疏松症(Osteoporosis,OP)的患病率也日渐增加.骨质疏松及其骨折给国家带来的沉重负担愈来愈受到人们的关注.OP已成为严重危害人类健康的世界性的公共卫生问题,其病因至今尚未明确[1].因此,探讨如何早期发现并有效防治骨质疏松,对于减轻国家和社会的经济负担,提高人民的生活质量有着重要的意义.
