目的:建立白花蛇舌草注射液中对香豆酸的含量测定方法。方法采用 ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18柱(2.1 mm ×50 mm,1.7μm)为色谱柱,以甲醇—0.3%醋酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱,流速为0.4 mL·min -1,检测波长为308 nm。结果对香豆酸进样量在1.68~67.12 ng 范围内与峰面积线性关系良好,r =0.99999,平均加样回收率为99.8%,RSD 为0.7%。测得16批样品中对香豆酸的平均含量为0.204 g·L -1。结论该方法简便准确,快速可靠,能够用于白花蛇舌草注射液的含量测定和质量控制。%Objective To develop a method for the determination of p -coumaric acid in Baihuasheshecao injection.Methods The ACQUITY UPLC BEH C18 column(2.1 mm ×50 mm,1.7 μm)was adopted.The mobile phase consisted of methanol -0.3% acetic acid,gradient elution at the flow rate of 0.4 mL·min -1 .The detection wavelength was 308 nm.Results A good linear correlation was observed within the range of 1.68 ~67.12 ng for p -coumaric acid(r =0.999 99).The average recovery was 99.8% with an RSD of 0.7%.The average content of p -coumaric acid in 16 samples was 0.204 g·L -1 .Conclusions The method is simple,accurate and rapid,which can be used for the determination and quality control of the Baihuasheshecao injection.
