浅谈骨科住院医生规范化培训中临床思维能力的培养

摘要

规范化培训医生中普遍存在临床基本知识掌握少，缺少实际操作，工作积极性较低，疾病诊疗中过分依赖辅助检查等缺陷。临床思维方面表现单一、片面，做不到理论联系实际。通过制定专业知识学习规划，增加实际操作训练，坚持以问题为导向的教学模式，参与病人术后随访研究等方法，来培养规培医生的临床思维能力，实践证明这些措施能够明显提高培医生临床上分析问题解决问题的能力，为培养一名优秀的医生打下良好的基础。%This paper analyses the problems during standardized training course and the methods for clinical thinking capability cultiva-tion of orthopedic residents.Those factors including lack of clinical knowledge and practical operation,no initiative and reliance on aux-iliary examination for diagnosis exsit in training course for orthopedic residents.Clinical thinking of residents was simple,one-sided and irrelative to practice.Such measures as increasing study of professional knowledge and training for performing operation,implementation of problem-based learning and participating in follow-up study for patients were helpful in cultivating clinical thinking quality of resi-dents.The results showed these measures could improve ability to analyze and solve clinical problem,which would help to cultivate a good doctor.
