可塑形跟骨钛板内固定治疗跟骨骨折临床应用效果

摘要

Objective To Summary the Clinical results of the application of open reduction and plasticity titanium plate in the treat-ment of calcaneal fracture. Methods A retrospective analysis of Ⅱ - Ⅳ Sanders 18 cases of calcaneal fracture patients treated by open re-duction and plasticity titanium plate fixation in our hospital from Jan. 2004 to Dec. 2007was carried out. Results All patients were followed -up by Maryland foot score postoperative functional evaluation system, Among the 18 cases, excellent 10 cases, good in 6 cases, improve-ment in 2 cases ,excellent rate was 88.89%. Conclusion Open reduction surgery, titanium plate fixation for the treat -ment of Sanders Ⅱ -Ⅳ- calcaneal fractures is an effective method.%目的 总结可塑形跟骨钛钢板内固定治疗跟骨骨折临床应用效果.方法 同顾性分析自2004年1月至2007年12月Sanders Ⅱ-Ⅳ型跟骨骨折18例,治疗采用手术切开复位并用可塑性钛钢板进行固定.结果 所有病例均获随访,按Maryland 足部评分系统评价术后功能,本组18例骨折中,优10例,良6例,改善2例,优良率88.89%.结论 手术切开复位,钛钢板内固定治疗Sanders Ⅱ-Ⅳ型跟骨骨折是一种有效的治疗方法.
