早期血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗重症急性胰腺炎的护理

摘要

Objective To explore the clinical effect and nursing methods of patients with Severe Acute Pancreatitis treated by Early Hemofiltration + Peritoneal Dialysis (EHF + PD) . Methods Monitoring the treatment of EHF + PD in 32 cases with Severe Acute Pancreatitis (SAP) , Analysing and evaluating the nursing process of this combination therapy. Results Twenty - nine cases were transferred to general wards after EHF + PD, then they were eventually discharged. , two died during the treatment, and one were against - advice discharged. Nine of thirty - two cases had Filter tube clotting occurred in nine cases - time during the treament , bleeding in two cases after femoral venous puncture. No complications related PD such as peritonitis were found. Conclusion EHF + PD is an effective treatment for treating SAP , nursing is important to prevent complications.%目的 探讨应用早期血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗重症急性胰腺炎(SAP)的临床效果及护理措施.方法 监测应用血液滤过和腹膜透析治疗SAP的临床效果,分析和评价该联合治疗方式的护理过程.结果 32例患者中,2例死亡,1例自动出院,29例患者病情好转后转普通病房,最终出院.血液滤过过程中,共发生9例次管路凝血,2例股静脉穿刺点出血;未发生腹膜透析相关性腹膜炎等腹膜透析并发症.结论 早期血液滤过联合腹膜透析治疗SAP疗效确切,加强护理是确保治疗安全有效进行的基础,并可预防并发症的发生.
