改良MIPO技术下LCP内固定治疗四肢骨折

摘要

目的 探讨运用手法复位,健侧对比经皮锁定钢版(LCP)内固定(改良MIPO技术)治疗四肢复杂骨折的临床可行件.方法 回顾分析运用改良MIPO技术结合LCP内固定治疗的12例四肢复杂骨折,对其进行分析评定.结果 患者骨折临床愈合平均为8.5周,骨性愈合平均为16.1周,无切口感染、骨不连接、骨髓炎、内固定物松动断裂发生.结论 手法复位,健侧对比经皮LCP内固定(改良MIPO技术)治疗四肢复杂骨折手术损伤小,出血少,术后恢复较快,具有临床可行性.%Objective To explore the clinical feasibility of the treatment of complex limb fractures using manipulative reduction,rnhealthy side comparison and percutaneous fixation with LCP ( improved MIPO technique). Methods To review 12 cases of complex limb rnfracture patients who had been treated in our hospital using improved MIPO technique and internal fixation with LCP from March 2009 to June rn2010, and these cases have been analyzed and assessed. Results All patients were followed up whose clinical union in an average of 8.5 rnweeks, bony union in an average of 16. 1 weeks, no wound infection, nonunion, osteomyelitis, implants loosening or breakage occurred.rnConclusion When the complex limb fracture is treated using manipulative reduction, healthy side comparison and percutaneous internal fixrnation with LCP (improved MIPO technique). The operation wound is small. The bleeding is little. The patients recover fast after operation rnand having the clinical feasibility.
