Objective To study the diagnosis and treatmeut of cervical cancer in pregnancy.Methods Data were collected from January 2007 to December 2011 in our hospital.There were 6 cases of cervical cancer in pregnancy,and the gestational age,clinical stage,pathological types,the individualized treatment and their prognosis of all cases were studied.Results In 6 cases,2 were diagnosed in early and mid pregnancy,2 cases were in late pregnancy and 2 cases were in postpartum.As for pathological types,four cases had cervical squamous cell carcinoma,1 case had adenocarcinoma,and 1 had poorly differentiated carcinoma.The surgery and postoperative of all the cases followed the principle of individualized treatment.Prognosis of 5 patients were good and one died.The cause of death was related to the pathological type.Conclusion Aiming to an emphasis of the importance of early diagnosis and individual treatment of the cervical cancer in pregnancy,a good prognosis is expected to be achieved.%目的 研究妊娠合并宫颈癌的诊断及处理.方法 收集我院2007年1月至2011年12月收治的6例妊娠合并宫颈癌病例,分析其诊断时孕周、临床期别、病理类型不同,治疗方案个体化及其预后.结果 6例妊娠合并宫颈癌中诊断时间:孕早中期2例,孕晚期2例,产后2例.病理类型:宫颈鳞状细胞癌4例,腺癌l例,低分化癌1例.手术方案及术后治疗遵循个体化原则,随访5例预后良好,1例死亡,与病理类型有关.结论 妊娠合并宫颈癌诊治中应重视早期诊断、规范个体治疗,以取得母儿良好预后.
