复治耐多药肺结核患者临床治疗效果分析

摘要

目的：探讨复治耐多药肺结核病（MDR-TB）的治疗，为改善其治疗效果与防治对策提供科学依据。方法427例复治MDR-TB患者按照不同的治疗方法分为3组，Ⅰ组为常规治疗组，Ⅱ组为耐多药治疗组，Ⅲ组为外科治疗组，对3组患者进行统计分析。结果常规治疗组和耐多药治疗组的痰菌转阴率、病灶吸收率和空洞闭合率分别由39．2％、42．5％和43．8％提高到72．5％、84．3％和80．4％。结论制定合理有效的化疗方案或借助外科手术治疗对控制耐多药肺结核病是十分重要的。%Objective To explore the diagnosis and treatment of retreatment of multidrug-resistant tuberculosis and provide a certain scientific basis for effective prevention and control countermeasures in order to improve the treatment effect.Methods A total of 427 cases of recurrent drug-resistant tuberculosis patients who underwent different treatments were divided into three groups and the retrospective statistical analysis was carried on in our hospital from 201 1 to 2012.Results Sputum bacteria turn rate,lesions absorption rate and cavity closure rate of patients in the routine treatment group and multidrug resistant group increased from 39.2%,42.5% and 39.2% to 72.5%,84.3% and 80.4% respectively.Conclusion The formulation of rational and effective chemotherapy scheme or the aid of surgical treatment is very im-portant in controlling multidrug-resistant tuberculosis.
