医学模拟教学在麻醉科危急诊事件的应用

         

摘要

Objective To discuss the effect of medical simulation teaching in the anesthesiology crisis emergency events . Methods Twenty junior anesthesiologists working in our hospital were randomized into 2 groups(n=10 each):normal teaching group(group P)and simulated teaching group(group M).The crisis emergency events in clinical anesthesiology were selected as teaching material ,the for-mer using the normal theory lessons teaching mode ,the latter using the theory lessons and simulation teaching mode .The technical and non-technical capacity of two groups were compared .In addition , junior anesthesiologist were investigated by questionnaire about evaluation on teaching method and effect.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the theory test scores of the two group (P>0.05).The skill assessment scores and non-technical capacity in group M were better than those in group P ,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).The capacity of stimulating students’interest in learning and improving their clinical response capacity in group M were better than those in group P,and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Medical simulation teaching can stimulate the junior anesthesiologists ’interest in learning ,and develop their clinical thinking and the capacity of handling crisis emergency eventss .%目的:探讨医学模拟教学在麻醉科危急诊事件教学中的应用效果。方法选择在安徽医科大学附属省立医院工作的低年资麻醉医师20名作为教学对象,随机分为普通教学组( P组)和模拟教学组( M组),每组10名。选择临床麻醉中常见的危急诊事件作为素材,P组采用普通的理论授课模式,M组采取理论授课+模拟教学模式,比较两组麻醉医师的技术能力和非技术能力的考核成绩,同时进行问卷调查,了解两组对模拟教学方法及效果的评价。结果两组教学对象的理论考试成绩差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);M组技能考核成绩及非技术能力明显高于P组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);M组激发学生的学习兴趣及提高学生的临床应急能力优于P组,差异有统计学意义( P<0.05)。结论医学模拟教学能有效提高低年资麻醉医师的学习兴趣,培养其临床思维及危急诊事件处理能力。
