河阴石榴茎尖脱毒快繁技术研究

摘要

The pomegranate explants from stem-tips were studied to obtain the optimum tissue culture system for punica granatum L. of heyin.The results showed that the most optimum multiplication medium was MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.30 mg/L NAA,whose multiplication index reached 4.20.The best rooting medium was 1 /2MS +0.50 mg/L NAA,whose rooting rate was 90.0%.The transplant survival rate could reach 96.0%.%以河阴石榴茎尖为材料,对其组织培养快繁体系进行了研究。结果表明,河阴石榴茎尖的最适增殖培养基为MS＋1.0 mg/L 6-BA＋0.30mg/L NAA,其增殖系数达4.20。最适宜生根培养基为1/2MS＋0.50mg/L NAA,其生根率可达90.0%,移栽成活率达95.0%。
