To improve the potato stem tip tissue culture seedling rate and detoxication rate. Using the new 1 as material, study the effect of different size of shoot tip, concentrations and proportions of hormone on potato stem tip induction. The re- suits show that the smaller stem apex, virus -free rate is higher, but the survival rate and seedling rate is lower, with Ye Yuan base 2 stem apex detoxification effect best.
