我国土地利用效益评价研究

摘要

运用文献资料法、对比法，从土地利用经济效益、社会效益、环境效益、综合效益4个方面，对我国土地利用效益评价进行研究，重点分析了评价体系的构建和评价方法的选取。指出国内土地利用效益评价研究存在问题，提出相应建议。%Using the method of literature, Comparison, from the economic benefit, social benefit, environmental benefit to comprehensive benefit of land use efficiency in China, study on land use efficiency evaluation research, focusing on analysis of the construction of evaluation system and the methods. Pointed out the problems of the domestic study on Evaluation of land use efficiency, put forward the corresponding proposal.
