导师制在高职高专院校教学管理中的作用及存在问题

The advanced vocational education is the key part of the all-round development education,implementing the tutorial system is of importance in improving the quality of education.The origin and meaning of the tutorial sys-tem were analyzed at first,then the role and significance of tutorial system in teaching management of vocational col-leges were elaborated.And on this basis,the problems and solutions of tutorial problems were pointed out.%高职高专教育是我国全面实施素质教育的重要组成部分,实行导师制对于提高高职高专教育质量具有重要作用.该文从分析导师制的起源和涵义入手,阐述了导师制在高职高专院校教学管理中的作用及意义,并在此基础上进一步指出了高职高专院校中实施导师制存在的问题及解决措施.
