This paper mainly analyzes the necessity of tutorial system in private college students management. And the paper also summarizes the ways of how to play the role of tutorial system in private college students management, and puts forward some suggestions on completing tutorial system in students management work, in order to promote the vigorous development of private education in colleges.%文章主要分析了导师制在民办院校学生内部管理中的必要性，进一步概括了如何正确发挥导师制在民办高等职业院校学生管理中的作用，并对完善导师制学生管理工作提出了几点建议，以促进民办高校教育的蓬勃发展。
