毛细管柱气相色谱法测定挥发性有机化合物

摘要

作为便携式色谱和便携式气质联用仪研发的前期应用研究，利用毛细管柱气相色谱法测试和分析了挥发性有机化合物。主要考察了柱箱温度、载气流速等实验参数对分离检测的影响，实验结果表明合适的实验参数是分离的关键，为便携式仪器研发提供了实验基础。%As preliminary application research on the portable gas chromatography and gas chromatog-raphy-mass spectrometry ,testing and analysis of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) was carried out on capillary column gas chromatography. It was mainly studied that the influence of oven temperature ,flow rate of carrier gas and other experimental parameters on the separation and detection of VOCs ,and the ex-perimental results show that the appropriate experimental parameters is the key to separation ,providing a basis for research and development of portable instruments.
