PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a volatile organic compound measuring device and a volatile organic compound measuring method that can measure a low level of volatile organic compound in an environmental atmosphere.SOLUTION: The VOC in an environmental atmosphere is concentrated by a concentration column 3, desorption of the concentrated VOC from the concentration column 3 is promoted by heating of a heater 4, and a high level of VOC is oxidized so that a high level of carbon dioxide is generated and is measured by an NDIR measuring unit 13. Since the measuring subject is contained in a high concentration, the subject can be measured by the NDIR measuring unit 13 and a VOC containing oxygenated hydrocarbon can be measured.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
