新型离子迁移谱技术应用于水中丙酮、苯酚的检测

     

摘要

The equipment based on FAIMS(Field Asymmetric Waveform Ion Mobility Spectrometry)chip was used to detect acetone and phenol in water successfully. Acetone and phenol in water were vapored by a trace gas generator. The mixture was sent to the chip core,then the signal was achieved and transformed into the spec-trograph. The organic gas was confirmed and detected by comparing spectrograph of background with spectrograph of organic gas. The acetone and phenol in water could be determined separately by regulating the force of alterna-ting electric field and choosing the mode of compensation voltage in positive or negative. The test results showed that the concentration of organic gas had a relationship in direct proportion with the signal value.%利用 FAIMS(强场非对称波形离子迁移谱)芯片搭建的检测设备,成功实现了对水中微量丙酮和苯酚的检测。痕量气体发生器将含丙酮、苯酚的水样蒸发,由载气将蒸汽带入检测核心,得到相应的信号,并通过软件转化为对应的谱图;对比背景和含有机物水蒸气的谱图,可确定有机物在谱图上的位置。通过正负模式选择,交变电场强度和补偿电压大小的调节,可以分别检出水中的丙酮和苯酚。该设备对不同浓度样品检测结果显示检测信号值与浓度成高度正相关。
