MALDI-TOF MS 在聚合物分析中的应用研究进展

In this paper,we mainly introduced the working principle,choice of matrix,the application and the limitations of MALDI-TOF MS in analysis of polymers. In addition,we prospected the develop-ment prospects of MALDI-TOF MS in the future.%近年来，基质辅助激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(MALDI-TOF-MS)作为一种新型的软电离质谱技术，具有有快速、准确、灵敏度高、检测范围广等特点，在化学、生物，医疗卫生等众多领域得到广泛研究和应用。本文着重介绍了 MALDI-TOF-MS 的工作原理，基质的选择，该技术在聚合物分析中的应用进展，以及存在的问题，并对其发展前景作出展望。
