聚氯乙烯食品接触材料中增塑剂提取方法的研究

         

摘要

分别采用微波提取法、超声萃取法、索氏提取法和溶解沉淀法对聚氯乙烯(PVC)食品接触材料中两种增塑剂(邻苯二甲酸二辛酯(DEHP)和邻苯二甲酸二丁酯(DBP))进行提取,使用气相色谱-质谱联用法(GC-MS)对其进行定性、定量分析.优化了4种提取方法的提取条件,比较了4种提取方法对PVC食品接触材料中增塑剂的提取效果.结果表明:在最佳的提取条件下,微波提取法的提取效率优于超声法;微波提取法的提取量与溶解沉淀法提取量相近,在增塑剂含量较少的PVC材料中,微波提取法的提取效率优于索氏提取法.微波提取法具有试剂消耗少、操作简单、提取效率高等优点;对于PVC食品接触材料中的增塑剂而言,微波提取法是比较理想的提取方法.%Four methods including microwave extraction,ultrasonic extraction,Soxhlet extraction and dissolution-precipitation method were used for the exaction of dioctyl phthalate (DEHP) and dibutyl phthalate(DBP) in polyvinyl chloride (PVC) food contact material,the extraction conditions of four methods were also optimized.A gas chromatography-mass spectrometry (GC-MS) was used to qualitatively and quantitatively analyze the extraction amount.Under optimized extraction conditions,microwave extraction method has a high extracted efficiency among the four methods,and is easy to perform.Thus microwave extraction method is an ideal method for extraction of plasticizers in PVC food contact materials.
