硬质阳极氧化用3003冷轧薄板表面黑条成因分析及工艺改进

         

摘要

The surface black strips produced by hard anodic oxidation of 3003 cold-rolled plate are analyzed by optical microscope and scanning electron microscope, and the solution for black strips is proposed. The results show that the black strips on the surface of 3003 cold-rolled plate is due to aluminum scraps and foreign particles damaging the plate surface during rolling, and the organic sub-stances, such as emulsion and rolling oil, have been permeated and carbonized in the damaged part, and black defect are formed dur-ing subsequent rolling process.%采用光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜等检测手段,对3003冷轧薄板经硬质阳极氧化后产生的表面黑条进行了原因分析,并提出了黑条缺陷的解决工艺.分析结果表明:3003铝合金表面的黑条是铝屑、异物颗粒在轧制过程中对板材表面造成了损伤,乳液和轧制油等有机物在损伤部位进行了渗透并发生碳化,在后续的轧制过程中形成的条状黑色缺陷.
