民用飞机风挡雨刷除雨系统设计

摘要

基于CCAR-25中风挡除雨系统的适航性要求，考虑到型号工程实际情况，系统论述了民用飞机风挡雨刷除雨系统的设计过程和取证方法，包括降雨气象条件和飞行条件的选择、关键视野区和刮刷范围的确定、风挡雨刷除雨系统设计要点以及风挡雨刷除雨系统适航符合性验证方法，这对于民用飞机风挡雨刷除雨系统的设计具有一定的参考意义。%Based on airworthiness requirement of CCAR-25 windshield wiper rain removal system, taking account of engineering practice, the design procedure and certification method was discussed, typically involving the choice of precipitation conditions and flight conditions, determination of the key visual field and wiper range, design element and airworthiness compliance means of windshield wiper rain removal system. This paper can be used as a reference for the design of windshield wiper rain removal system for civil aircraft.
