一种导管螺旋桨非定常干扰流CFD方法

         

摘要

基于雷诺平均 Navier-Stokes控制方程和非结构网格旋转/静止滑移面技术,开展了导管与螺旋桨动/静部件干扰的非定常流及性能预测数值模拟方法研究.提出了静止与旋转域的多块网格布局策略及转/静滑移面技术,研究了导管壁面与螺旋桨桨梢间隙的网格布局形式,有效解决了螺旋桨旋转流及螺旋桨与导管干扰计算问题.典型敞开桨与导管螺旋桨算例的数值模拟结果与实验值符合一致,研究结果表明:所发展的导管螺旋桨CFD分析方法是实用、有效的.%Based on the Navier - Stokes equations and the sliding patched - zone interface technology, combined with the technology of the unstructured grid generation, the aerodynarmic analysis of the unsteady stator/rotor interacting flow and the performance prediction of a ducted propeller were earried out in this paper. Based on sliding patched- zone interface technology.the multi- block grid which included static and rotating domain was proposed. The grid distribution of the clearance between the propeller blade tip and the duct wall was studied. On this basic,the aerodynamic analysis of a propeller flow and a ducted propeller interacting flow were implemented. Finally. the numerical simulating of the propeller and the ducted propeller were in good agreement to the experimental results,which means the CFD analysis developed in this paper was useful and effective.
