面向数字化装配的民机生产现场管控系统研究

摘要

针对民机数字化装配生产现场信息滞后、统一调度困难等问题,在深入研究民机生产现场信息控制和管理的基础上,构建了面向民机数字化装配的生产现场管控系统.首先对系统进行了需求分析,给出系统的功能模块;然后运用建模语言对系统建模;最后遵循J2EE模式构建了软件框架,利用JSP、Servlet以及JDBC等技术实现了系统关键功能.系统采用面向生产现场的管理方法,实现了生产现场的快速响应和统一调度.%He delay of the on-site information and the difficulty of unified dispatching always happen in the civil aircraft digital assembly site.To solve these problems,this paper constructs the production site management system for the digital assembly of the civil aircraft.Firstly,the system requirements are analyzed,and the functional modules of the system are given.Then,the Modeling Language is used to model the system.Finally,the software framework is built by following the J2EE model,the JSP technology,Servlet technology,and JDBC technology are used to achieve the key system functions.
