进场航班双目标调度的鲁棒优化研究

         

摘要

由于天气变化,导致进港飞机降落的处理时间不确定的情况经常发生.因此,需要在受到天气影响,进港飞机在跑道的处理时间不确定时提高跑道的利用率,减少飞机的延误成本.以最小化航班总延误成本和跑道总工作量为优化目标,建立降落飞机的处理时间的鲁棒优化模型,设计出Epsilon约束算法对能够快速得出进港飞机降落方案的Pareto前沿.通过实例证明了模型的可行性及有效性,对机场终端在天气变化时对进港航班的合理调度具有一定的指导作用.%Scheduling of flight landing is an important part of the airport terminal work,due to weather changes,resulting in aircraft processing time on the runways are uncertain.Therefore,this paper studies the impact of the weather,for the arrival of aircraft to develop a reasonable landing program to improve the utilization of the runway,while reducing the delay in the cost of the aircraft.In order to minimize the total flight delay cost and minimize the total runway workload,a robust optimization model of stochastic variation of aircraft landing time is established,and an epsilon constrained algorithm is designed to quickly obtain the Pareto front of the aircraft landing program.The feasibility and validity of the model are proved by a real example.It can guide the reasonable scheduling of the incoming flight when the weather changes.
