多目标进场航班调度优化策略研究

     

摘要

Aiming at the scheduling problem of approach flight at the terminal area,the delay costs and the robustness of the flight sequence are treated as goals,and a model of multi-objective optimization for approach flight is built in this paper.Meantime,the RHC ant colony algorithm is created to solve the optimization problem.Sorting the optimized sequence according to robustness and selecting the optimal flight sequence can reduce the delay costs of the airlines,and improve the robustness of it as well.After simulation and verification,the delay costs of RHC ant colony algorithm has declined by 21% compared with the FCFS algorithm.The results show that the RHC ant colony optimization algorithm could reduce delay costs significantly and improve the robustness of the flight sequence,thus reduce the workload of the controllers.%对终端区进场航班调度问题,以延误损失和航班序列鲁棒性为目标,建立多目标进场航班调度优化模型。针对建立的模型运用 RHC 蚁群算法进行优化求解,同时对优化后的序列组进行鲁棒性排序,选出既能够降低航空公司延误损失,又能提高航班序列鲁棒性的优化序列。在仿真验证中,RHC 蚁群算法策略与 FCFS 策略相比,延误损失降低21%。表明 RHC 蚁群优化策略能够大大降低航空公司的延误损失,提高航班序列的鲁棒性,从而降低管制员工作负荷。
