用于心房颤动肺静脉隔离的冷冻消融器械

摘要

目前,经皮导管消融已经成为心房颤动的重要治疗手段,而肺静脉隔离是心房颤动消融的基石.应用射频能源进行肺静脉隔离的风险较大,因而严重限制了其临床应用,而冷冻能源则具有独到的优势.近年来,冷冻球囊的临床应用大大简化了肺静脉隔离的操作,减少了血栓形成、肺静脉狭窄等消融并发症,然而与此同时,冷冻球囊引起的膈神经麻痹也受到广泛关注.因此,冷冻球囊应用于心房颤动导管消融的安全性与有效性还有待进一步的研究.%At present, the percutaneous catheter ablation has been an imperative treatment for atrial fibrillation , with pulmonary vein isolation as its cornerstone. While the clinical application of radiofrequency energy has been seriously restricted because of its great risk , the cryoenergy, on the contrast, possess a unique advantage. Recently, with the extensive use of the cryoballoon , pulmonary vein isolation has been greatly simplified and improved since the lower risk of many complications such as thrombosis and pulmonary vein stenosis . However, much concern has been evoked to the phrenic nerve palsy related to the cryoablation . In conclusion, further researches aimed at the safety and efficacy of cryoballoon in catheter ablation of atrial fibrillation are still needed .
