心脏晚钠电流--慢性心力衰竭恶性心律失常防治的新靶点

摘要

恶性心律失常是慢性心力衰竭患者的主要死亡原因之一。研究慢性心力衰竭患者恶性心律失常发生的分子机制能为防治心脏性猝死提供重要的分子学靶点。晚钠电流在慢性心力衰竭患者心肌中的异常增高并参与了后除极及恶性心律失常的发生。现就晚钠电流与慢性心力衰竭恶性心律失常的关系做一综述。%Malignant arrhythmia is one of major causes of death in patients with chronic heart failure.Molecular mechanisms of malig-nant arrhythmias in patients with chronic heart failure can be provided an important molecular target for the prevention and treatment of cardi-ac sudden death.Late sodium current abnormal increased in the patients with chronic heart failure might be associated with afterdepolarization in malignant arrhythmias.In the study, we review the relationship between the late sodium current and malignant arrhythmias in patients with chronic heart failure.
