microRNA与慢性心力衰竭晚钠电流的研究进展

摘要

慢性心力衰竭是大多数心血管疾病发展的终末阶段,死亡率居高不下,其主要死亡原因是心力衰竭和恶性心律失常.而晚钠电流异常增加导致的恶性心律失常是慢性心力衰竭患者死亡的重要分子机制.大量研究表明microRNA在心脏相关疾病中起重要作用,可负调控晚钠电流相关基因的表达,现就microRNA与慢性心力衰竭晚钠电流的关系做一综述.%Chronic heart failure is the end stage of all sorts of cardiac diseases,and the mortality remains high.The main causes of death are heart failure and malignant arrhythmia.The malignant arrhythmia caused by increased I NaLis the important molecular mechanisms for the death of patients with chronic heart failure.Plenty of studies show that microRNA plays the key role in cardiac diseases,and it can regulate negatively the expression of I NaL-related genes.This article summarizes the relationship between microRNA and I NaLin chronic heart failure.
