生理性起搏研究及应用进展

摘要

The physiological conduction is essential for optimal pump function of the heart .The setting of the pacemaker program is becoming increasingly intelligent and efficient with the development of science and technology .Also the concept ,connotation and algorithm of physiological pacing are constantly developing and perfecting .The physiological pacemaker tend to minimize ventricular pacing ,research di-rection ,a variety of pacemaker model based on this purpose arises at the historic moment .This paper summarizes the progress of research and application in this field .%心脏激动传导的生理性是心脏发挥最佳泵血功能的必要条件,随着科技的发展,起搏器程序设置越来越智能,生理性起搏的概念、内涵以及算法也不断发展及完善,而目前生理性起搏研究方向更倾向于最小化心室起搏,多种起搏模式基于此目的应运而生.现就该领域的研究及应用进展做一综述.
