心房颤动合并急性冠脉综合征患者抗栓治疗出血风险预测模型的研究进展

摘要

心房颤动合并急性冠脉综合征人群其抗栓治疗矛盾比较突出,如何平衡栓塞和出血风险是这一特殊人群临床面临的难题,建立有效的出血风险预测模型筛选出高危人群有助于做出临床决策规避风险.现对目前现有的应用于急性冠脉综合征及心房颤动人群的出血风险模型做一综述,有利于临床推广使用.%The antithrombotic therapy in patients with concurrent atrial fibrillation and acute coronary syndrome is disconcerted .How to balance the risk of embolism and bleeding is a difficult problem for the special group ,and establishing effective bleeding risk prediction model for screening high risk population will help make clinical decisions to avoid risks .This paper reviews the current bleeding risk models of acute coronary syndrome and atrial fibrillation .
