技能型人才培养研究——基于天津市百万技能人才培训福利计划

摘要

技能人才是我国人才队伍的重要组成部分,是加快产业优化升级,提高企业自主创新能力的重要力量.基于天津市百万技能人才培训福利计划,通过对天津市技能人才培养的现状和存在问题进行研究,从协同创新的角度,探讨如何进一步完善天津市技能人才的培养体制,并提出相关的对策和建议,更好地促进天津市技能人才队伍的壮大和质量的提升.%Being an important component of talent team of our country,technical talents are important force to speeding up the optimization and upgrading of industry,improving the enterprises'independent innovation ability. Based on welfare plan of Tianjin for training millions of technical talents,through the research on the status quo and existing problems of technical talents cultivating in Tianjin,this paper discusses how to further improve the cultivating system of technical talents in Tianjin and put forwards relational countermeasures and suggestions from the perspective of collaborative innovation,to better promote the growth and quality improvement of Tianjin's talent team.
