基于返乡农民工创业能力评价分析的培训机制构建

摘要

为推动我国返乡农民工创业能力提升以适应新型城镇化进程的需要,基于问卷调查进行了关于返乡农民工创业能力的广泛统计,分析当前我国返乡农民工创业的专业能力、方法能力、社会能力存在的现实问题及原因,据此提出着眼于"长"、"高"、"远"引导创业培训机制构建,引导返乡农民工参与创业培训机制构建,以及引导多部门参与的互补性创业培训的合作机制构建.%In order to promote our country's entrepreneurship promotion of migrant workers back home,this paper makes an anal-ysis of the problems and causes existing in the professional ability,the methodological ability,the social ability relating to entrepreneur-ship of them based on the extensive research with the questionnaire investigation about the entrepreneurial ability. According to this,fo-cused on the"specialty","height"and"long-term orientation",the government should guide to build the guiding mechanism of par-ticipation,and the multi-sectoral participation of complementary entrepreneurship training mechanism.
