以某化工厂污染场地为例,根据《污染场地风险评估技术导则》(HJ 25.3-2014),运用 HERA 风险评估软件,将污染场地分为4层分别进行人体健康风险评估,结果表明:该场地存在高致癌风险,需要修复后才能开发再利用;关注污染物氯仿、苯,在地下0 m ~3 m 的风险控制值分别为0.07 mg /kg、0.83 mg /kg,在地下3 m ~5 m 的风险控制值分别为0.15 mg /kg、1.91 mg /kg,在地下5 m ~9 m 的风险控制值分别为0.40 mg /kg、5.05 mg /kg,在地下9 m ~18 m 的风险控制值分别为0.73 mg /kg、7.82 mg /kg。与以往计算单一的风险控制相比,分层计算污染物的风险控制值能有效减少治理土方量,降低治理成本。%Taking a chemical plant as an example,according to the guideline of contaminated sites risk as-sessment technology (HJ 25.3 -201 4),the pollution area was divided into four levels to carry on the layered human health risk assessment by HERA software.The results showed that the ground there is high risk of canc-er,and contaminated soil needs to be repaired before development and reutilization.As for the pollutants chloro-form and benzene,the risk control targets were 0.07 mg /kg and 0.83 mg /kg for 0 m to 3 m under the ground, 0.1 5 mg /kg and 1 .91 mg /kg for 3 m to 5 m under the ground,0.40 mg /kg and 5.05 mg /kg for 5 m to 9 m un-der the ground,and 0.73 mg /kg and 7.82 mg /kg for 9 m to 1 8 m under the ground,respectively.Compared with the single risk calculation,the layered risk calculation method can reduce both the repairing earthwork quantity and the repairing cost.
