DSC法研究MUF共缩聚树脂的固化行为

             

摘要

The curing behaviors of melamine-urea-formaldehyde (MUF) co -condensated resin was studied by differential scanning calorimetry(DSC).Curing reaction kinetic parameters and activated energy were obtained by means of Kissinger method.The results showed that with the heating rate increasing,the highest temperature of MUF curing moved to the higher temperature area and the activation energy was 50.30 kJ/mol.By using extrapolation method,the obtained curing temperature of MUF was 97 t.Furthermore,the addition of curing agent heavily reduced the apparent activation energy of MUF.%借助DSC分析技术,探讨了三聚氰胺-尿素-甲醛(MUF)共缩聚树脂在不同条件下的固化行为.运用Kissinger方法进行了动力学分析,得到了其固化反应的动力学参数和活化能.结果表明,随着升温速率的增加,MUF固化反应的最高固化温度会向高温方向移动,其固化表观活化能为50.30 kJ/mol,用外推法得到了其最高固化温度为97℃.而且,固化剂的加入大大降低了树脂固化表观活化能.
