羧甲基淀粉合成工艺的优化探究

     

摘要

为了找到替代海藻酸钠印花糊料的原料,并降低生产成本。改性淀粉应运而生,其中羧甲基淀粉能溶于水,且无毒无味,为黏稠状透明液体,而且具有良好的粘合性、乳化性、渗透性和成膜性。本文采用普通玉米淀粉与氯乙酸在碱性条件下利用异丙醇作为溶剂进行醚化,对各种影响因素做出探讨,确定出最优工艺为:氯乙酸与淀粉物质的量比为1.15∶1,氢氧化钠与淀粉物质的量比为2.5∶1,碱化温度为30℃,碱化时间为60 min,醚化温度为59℃,醚化时间为4 h,异丙醇体积浓度96%,异丙醇用量3.5 mL/g。%In order to find a kind of printing paste instead of alginate and reduce the production costs, the modified starches are emerged. And they are water soluble, non-toxic, tasteless, transparent and sticky liquid, and have good adhesion, emulsification, permeability and film-forming capacity. In this paper using isopropyl alcohol as a solvent the etherification process of common corn starch and chloroacetic acid was carried out in the alkaline condition, and the various affecting factors were discussed to determine the optimal process as follows: the molar ratio of chloroacetic acid and starch was 1.15:1, the molar ratio of sodium hydroxide and starch was 2.5:1, the alkalization temperature was 30℃, the alkalization time was 60 min, the etherification temperature was 59℃, the etherification time was 4 h, the isopropanol concentration was 96%and the amount dosage of isopropanol was 3.5 mL/g.
