脑栓通胶囊有效成分含量测定方法研究

摘要

为完善脑栓通胶囊的质量标准，全面监控其质量，采用HPLC法建立测定其中香蒲新苷、异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷、芍药苷、β-蜕皮甾酮的含量测定方法。研究了12批次药品中4个有效成分含量，表明本法具有准确、简便、经济实用等优点，可同时测定君药蒲黄中的香蒲新苷、异鼠李素-3-O-新橙皮苷，臣药赤芍和漏芦中的芍药苷、β-蜕皮甾酮含量，为控制该药质量提供了新方法。%A HPLC method of quantitative analysis was established to determine Typhaneoside,Isorham-netin-3-O-neohespeidoside,Paeoniflorin and β-Ecdysonein in Naoshuantong Capsules for improving its quality standard.The present study determined the four effective contents in twelve batches of the medi-cine and proved that the new-established method is simple,accurate,economical and practical.The study provides a new method for quality control of Naoshuantong Capsule.
