To identify high quality parental strains of Hericium erinaceus suitable for breeding purposes, selected growth parameters and ergosterol levels relating to the mycelia and fruit bodies of ten H .erinaceus strains collected from the wild in Heilongjiang Province were determined.Highest mycelial yields (2.23 g dry wt /100 mL and 2.39 g dry wt/100 mL)in submerged culture were recorded for strains No.5 (from Da Hinggan Mountain Range, Jiagedaqi District ) and No.10 (from Suiyang Town, Dongning County ) respectively,and ergosterol levels were 0.92 and 0.90 mg/g dry wt,respectively.In cultivation tests,these two strains also produced the highest yields of fruit bodies with good morphological characteristics.Highest ergosterol levels (2.58,2.72 and 2.45 mg/g dry wt)were recorded in fruit bodies of strains 4 (Fangzheng County),6 (Da Hinggan Mountain Range,Huzhong District)and 9 (Wuchang City),respectively.%考查采自黑龙江省不同地区的10个猴头菌(Hericium erinaceus )野生菌株的液体培养性状和栽培农艺性状,同时测定了菌丝体、子实体中麦角甾醇含量,为猴头菌育种筛选亲本材料。结果表明:液体培养中,5号和10号菌株菌丝产量较高,分别为2.23 g/100 mL、2.39 g/100 mL,麦角甾醇含量分别为0.92 mg/g、0.90 mg/g;栽培中,5号和10号菌株子实体产量高,菇型圆整、商品性状好;4、6和9号菌株子实体中麦角甾醇含量相对较高。
