泰山云芝生物学特性与驯化

     

摘要

A strain of Trametes versicolor collected from the wild in the Tai Mountain area of Shandong Province has been cultivated artificially and selected biological characteristics determined.Fungal mycelium grew well between 25-28 ℃and at pH values ranging from 5.5 to 6.5.Mycelial growth was most dense,most primordia were formed in the shortest time (53 days),the cultivation cycle from inoculation to harvest ranged between 80 d and 95 d,and the maximum Biological Efficiency (115%)was recorded,on a cultivation substrate consisting of 50% sawdust,38% cottonseed hulls,10% wheat bran,1% gypsum and 1% lime.Pilei from the wild were brownish-black,while those of the cultivated mushroom were isabelline.%对采自泰山地区的野生云芝(Trametes versicolor)菌株进行驯化培养,结果表明:泰山云芝菌丝适宜生长温度为25~28℃,最适pH为5.5~6.5;在栽培试验中,以配方4(50%木屑、38%棉籽壳、10%麦麸、1%石膏、1%石灰)中菌丝长势最好,从接种到最后一潮子实体采收完成约80~95 d,生物学效率达到115%。野生菌菌盖为褐黑色,栽培菌菌盖为褐黄色。
