FIELD: medicine.;SUBSTANCE: pharmaceutical composition of taxan for introduction to a mammal, preferentially to people, contains two compositions combined before introduction to form a no-slump clear solution. First of said compositions represents a solid composition of dried taxan not containing surface-active substances, oils, polymers, solubilising agents, preservatives and excipients. Second of said compositions represents a solubilising composition for said solid composition of dried taxan which contains at least one polymer nonionic surface-active substance and water with the absence of an organic solvent. Said composition does not contain Polysorbate 80 and polyoxyethylated castor oil. A method of producing the solid composition is implemented by freeze-drying of taxan in a drying organic solvent. A kit for said composition of taxan for injections contains a pre-filled syringe.
