以香菇(Lentinula edodes)808 为出发菌株,在气温为 5 ℃时选取菌柄长约 3.5 cm、菌盖直径约6.0 cm、菌盖厚度约1.5 cm的子实体.初筛出菌丝长势好,菇型圆正的菌株;复筛出菌丝生长速度快、生物学效率高,且能在较高或较低温度出菇的目标菌株,分别取菌龄一致的目标菌株和808菌株,比较在不同温度下的菌丝生长速度.经过系统选育,获得了一个出菇温度为5~30 ℃,生物学效率为(84.57±1.18)%的香菇新菌株 E8.2016年7月21日通过了四川省农作物品种审定委员会组织的田间技术鉴定,2017年2月16日通过了四川省农作物品种审定委员会审定,定名为天丰8号.%Xianggu (Lentinula edodes)cultivar 808 was used as the starting strain for selection.The fruiting bodies of 808 with sizes about 3.5 cm in stipe length,6.0 cm in pileus diameter and pileus thickness of 1.5 cm were selected and dissected to different tissue segments.The dissected tissues were then cultivated and purified to yield new strains.These new strains were further selected for improved agronomic traits, including vigorous mycelial growth,high biological efficiency and wider range of fruiting temperature compared with the starting strain.A new strain named E8 was then selected and tested in the field.New strain E8 was able to fruit between 5~30 ℃ and its biological efficiency was (84.57±1.18)%.It passed the field test on Jul 21 2016 and was approved as a new cultivar by Sichuan Crop Variety Approval Committee in Feb 16 2017 with the name"Tianfeng-8".
